We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating delicious pastries and desserts, as well as working with ingredients to create innovative dishes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create new recipes, prepare pastry ingredients, bake pastries and desserts, decorate them with icing, syrups or sauces and plate the finished product.
• Control costs, monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience as a pastry chef.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and excellent knowledge of hygiene standards.
