About the Role

Mission

Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy with Partners in the AREA - Andean South Region: Chile, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay driving autonomy in selling Dassault Systèmes solutions. This role is critical to achieving the Mid-Term Growth Plan and supporting the region’s expansion, which represents 20% of CRE LATAM revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop/Deploy strategic sales programs with Partners (focus: upsell, cross-sell, footprint expansion).
    • Define Customer Coverage targets and action plans for new DS solutions.
    • Launch transition plans for new releases; support Partners in managing sales/technical capacity.
  • Relationship & Pipeline Management:
    • Act as the DS focal point for assigned Partners; build trusted relationships.
