About the Role
Elevate patient care as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse with Extendicare, focusing on personalized and goal-directed nursing while ensuring compliance with provincial standards.
Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, the RPN will collaborate within an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality nursing care. Your role entails assessing resident needs, implementing care plans, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, you will directly administer medications, provide education, and coordinate resident care effectively.
