Part-Time Oracle HCM Consultant Position

Play a pivotal role as a part-time Oracle HCM Consultant with Insight Global. You’ll focus on configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules early on while supporting transitions to full-time hours.
This is a 12-month contract role at Insight Global, where expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations is essential. With 7–9 years of experience, you will work on Core HR, as well as additional modules like Payroll, Absence, and Compensation. Your contributions will enhance system capabilities through rigorous requirements gathering and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Support payroll processes and integrations
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting for improvements
• Provide ongoing production support and documentation
