You'll follow BCCNM standards while implementing care plans, administering medications, and supporting both residents and your colleagues. Documentation and participation in safety initiatives will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care focused on resident needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and medications as per protocols
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with the team
• Document care accurately and on time
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Current full licensure with the BCCNM
