Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

• $22.05 - $27.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
  
• Starting pay $22.05 with progression to $27.00 over 5 years.
  
• First pay increase 6 months from start date - $22.82
