About the Role
- Answer and reply to leads by phone, email, and in online portals;
- Answer basic questions about the legal representation, process, and fee structure;
- Using templates, modify and explain consultation scheduling procedures;
- Create matters in CRM (Clio Grow), make follow-ups, recommendations to the staff, and take the leads through each step of the firm's CRM.
- Communicate with supervising attorney, make recommendations, and updates.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or understanding of US immigration procedures.
- Sales skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
