 REQUIREMENTS     Grade 12 (Matric) 
 Interest in electrical, mechanical, or technical workshop work  
 Ability to read or interpret technical drawings (or willingness to learn) 
 Good hand skills and attention to detail  
 Willingness to work in a technical manufacturing environment  
 Practical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills in the electrical engineering field  
 Exposure to industrial and utility electrical systems, including 
 Transmission and distribution control panels  
 General MV switchgear control cubicles  
  
  ADVANTAGEOUS, BUT NOT COMPULSORY     N1–N3 Electrical Engineering studies  
 Apprenticeship or workshop experience  
 Exposure to panel wiring or electrical assembly  
 Understanding of industrial electrical systems
