Panel Operations & Field Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Panel Operations & Field Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of NRG’s research panels.

This role will support panel operations, recruitment coordination, Field support, vendor communication, invoice tracking, ticket management, participant logins, and database maintenance. The ideal candidate is responsive, accurate, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workflows across different panels, tools, and deadlines.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping processes organized, and helping participants, vendors, and internal teams stay on track.

This position is based in Manila and will work 5:00 AM–2:00 PM local time.
