- Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am
- Based in Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Full-time opportunity
Duties:
The core purpose of this role is to deliver high‑quality products by empowering and guiding a diverse team. You will play a key role in upholding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, managing cost efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that elevate overall team performance. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the packing shift to meet or exceed the production plan while minimizing the wastage of resources.
