Key Responsibilities
Packing and Dispatching: Ensure timely packing of products for dispatch, ensuring all orders are packed according to specifications.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and manage stock levels to ensure availability for timely dispatch.
Documentation: Prepare necessary packing and shipping documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.
ERP Management: Utilize ERP software (if available) for tracking dispatches, updating inventory, and generating reports.
Quality Check: Conduct quality checks to ensure all items are packed securely and correctly before dispatch.
Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations and resolve any issues promptly.
