Responsibilities Technical development for all sample requests received for Sales team and customers New RM development and supplier development Evaluate alternate materials, possibilities, processes, and equipment Finding new opportunities for the next business pipeline – Concepts. Discuss successful projects with Mkt team as I2 M’s (Information to Market) format. Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers. Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company within Group companies. Document all phases of Sample development for the commercialization of project. Manage customer relationships and perform requests for expected products/reviews, customer visits, and product testing. Be present at industry conferences on the research topics of Interest.
