Packaging & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Packaging & Graphic Designer to join our Design Team. Based in Helsinki, this role spans packaging design, print material production, and marketing graphic design across the Rapala VMC brand portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong 3D thinking with excellent graphic design skills, thrives in a collaborative international environment, and is passionate about creating designs that are efficient, sustainable, and true to the brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Design

• Design and develop packaging for product lines across the Rapala VMC portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and shelf appeal.
• Work closely with package suppliers on specifications, materials, die-lines, and production-ready artwork.
