Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and execution of procurement packages throughout Feed and EPC project phases
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements
• Manage supplier relationships to maximize use of industry products and standard solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, and HSSE
• Prepare RFQs, conduct negotiations, and oversee contract administration (VORs, claims, etc.)
• Monitor delivery timelines, cost, quality, and compliance
• Report on procurement progress and manage change control effectively
