- Conduct structured intake assessments capturing relevant information including service history, physical ability, trauma exposure, substance use history, suicidal ideation, mental health history, stabilization needs, and other pertinent information in accordance with EOVS documentation standards.
- Assist veterans in identifying immediate needs, stabilization priorities, and short-term goals.
