About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused, and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel outlet and ensure excellent service standards and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the hotel outlet (restaurant/café/service point)
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high service standards
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally
- Monitor sales performance and achieve outlet targets
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and hotel service standards
- Prepare reports on sales, operations, and performance
- Coordinate with hotel management and other departments
