Job Description:
The Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to look for potential clients and build his/ her own portfolio by conducting outbound activities. He/ she have to provide a fast, friendly service by assessing the customer’s needs and provide assistance to clients. The Sales Representative has an emphasis on product knowledge, providing significant information to clients. This position works in cooperation with their Department Manager and other associates in the department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling sales calls; email inquiries in a professional manner.
- Responsible in increasing the number of new accounts.
- Responsible in meeting sales target.
- Responsible for conducting cold calls and disseminating product information to potential clients.
