Outbound Product Manager

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a highly organized and proactive Outbound Product Manager based in Vancouver. As part of the Commercial (B2B) Product Management team you will help orchestrate complex product launches, collaborate closely with and build strong bridges between product, engineering, B2B stakeholders, sales, and support teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Pilot Selection & Alignment: Lead the tactical identification of franchise cohorts and manage stakeholder kick‑off calls during the Problem‑Solution Fit and Product‑Market Fit stages to align cross‑functional teams on product positioning, value, and operational needs.
• Enablement & Pilot Readiness: Validate operational readiness workflows in partnership with cross‑functional teams, taking primary responsibility for building and delivering pilot‑phase enablement tools and initial training materials.
