Position Overview
StartVirtual is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new business prospects, introducing our Bookkeeping and Virtual Assistant services, and scheduling qualified demos for the sales closer. This is not a closing role. The primary focus is generating interest, starting conversations, and booking high-quality appointments.
