Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and leadership for daily clinical operations within the infusion center
Perform drug reconstitution and prepare medications for administration
Administer medications via IV, subcutaneous (SQ), and intramuscular (IM) routes
Initiate and manage IV placement for infusion therapies
Monitor patients during and after treatment, including tracking vital signs and observing for adverse reactions
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records and documentation
Manage patient treatment plans, including consultations, goal setting, and progress evaluations
Coordinate inventory processes, including ordering, tracking, and supply management
