OTC Operations Director

Purpose of the Role

The OTC Operations Director leads the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) function across RELX divisions (Elsevier, Legal, Risk, Exhibitions), covering five core activities: Credit (Re-)Assessment, Credit Control, Cash Allocation, Receivables Monitoring, and Bad Debt Management. This role ensures consistent execution aligned with Global Process Ownership (GPO) standards and regional leadership, driving operational excellence across a global revenue base of ~$10B annually. The Director plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow, minimizing bad debt, supporting commercial growth, and transforming OTC processes through automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
