Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. OCM Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) across the organization. This role will lead change management activities to drive stakeholder readiness, user adoption, and alignment across hiring leaders, suppliers, Procurement, Technology, and delivery partners.
