**About the Role**

Responsible for reviewing orders and alerting various departments of any corrections required to comply with policy and procedures. May be required to monitor the order team mailboxes and system queues and provide timely responses and excellent communication to internal and external requests. Handles requests professionally, efficiently, and accurately.

**Your Impact**

-Effectively works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve order issues and accommodate some unique requirements.
- Retrieves and reviews equipment orders for contract compliance, processing to completion.
- Reviews entries and invoices for billing accuracy.
- Follows the Sales Compensation and Operations Policy. Limits errors resulting in credits and re-bills.

WTS Retail:
- Uploads and/or manually enters sales order from CPQ; Books complete orders on a timely basis; Utilizes CRM workflow to manage orders.
