Administrative Assistant – Procurement

Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders and manage all documentation from request to delivery.
  • Coordinate with end users, suppliers, and internal departments on PO billing and delivery status.
  • Maintain and update supplier registration and monitoring systems.
  • Act as liaison for procurement documentation review, shipping letters, and customs releases.
  • Assist the CSC Director with administrative tasks such as invoice entry, meeting scheduling, and signature coordination.
