• Lead and deliver implementations & support for Oracle CC&B, MDM, and C2M
• Drive requirement discussions with clients and provide sustainable solutions
• Review and approve HLDs, LLDs, configurations, and custom developments
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions

Strong functional knowledge of:

• Rates, Billing, Payments
• Meter Read & Meter Management
• Credit & Collections
• Case Management & New Connections

Deep understanding of MDM modules:

• Scalar & Interval Data, Events & Alarms
• VEE Rules, Device & Usage Management
• TOU, IMD, XML formats, Device Communication
• Remote Connect/Disconnect & Commands
