Work Mode - Work from Office Location - PAN India NP - 30days exp - 6+yrs PFA JD for Oracle fusion/cloud HCM technical Required Technical Skill Set - oracle cloud, HCM, OTBI, BIP, HCM extract, PLSQL, end 2 end implementation Detail JD Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR. Configure workforce structures, employment models, and workflows. Implement Redwood UI and build extensions/custom pages using VBCS. Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards. Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL & HSDL. Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post-go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
