Job Title: Oracle SQL Database Management
Location: Washington, DC 20590 (onsite)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $57.52 - $65.80/HR on W2
Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust. Candidate must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
+ Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle database environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
+ Manage high-availability solutions such as SQL Server clustering, Always-On, Oracle RAC, and Data Guard.
+ Perform regular database maintenance including indexing, statistics updates, backups, and upgrades.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, analyze query execution plans, and optimize SQL queries.
