Oracle Functional Consultant

Oracle Test Lead Reviews client requirement and provides feedback - Responsible for creating test plans and strategy - Reviews and re-evaluates the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules - Plan and conduct system integration testing and in-sprint testing - Oversees testing delivery to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects - Participates in Go/No-Go meetings in different phases of SDLC - Create execution plan and report execution progress with Metrices - Conduct defect triage meeting to ensure correct RCAs, severity, priority are assigned to defects - Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions - 12+ years’ Experience in manual testing various applications and integrations - 5+ years’ experience as Test Lead - Domain expertise – Oracle 11i - AP, AR, Inventory - Expe...
