Oracle Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Analyst in Mexico with Oracle Eloqua - B2 B marketing automation platform designed for complex campaign orchestration, lead management, and multi-channel targeting (email, SMS, web, display).
Set up and manage Eloqua email defaults, email templates, landing pages, and subscription management options.Build, test, and launch automated marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and program workflows.Develop and maintain target audience segments, manage contact data imports/exports, and ensure data hygiene within the database.Create, analyze, and distribute Eloqua standard and custom reports (e.g., campaign performance, email click-through rates).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the system.Provide recommendations on Eloqua adoption, IP warming for email deliverability, and best practices to improve ROI.Create functional specification documents (FSD) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing process...
