Job Description & Responsibilities:
+ Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze current as-is workflows to identify inefficiencies and design optimized to-be processes aligned with industry best practices.
+ Implementation Oversight: Lead or support the end-to-end deployment, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
+ Change Management: Develop training programs and communication plans to facilitate user adoption and manage organizational resistance during digital transitions.
+ Project Governance: Manage timelines, budgets, and risks while reporting progress to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
+ Post-Implementation Optimization: Monitor system performance post-go-live, troubleshoot issues, and advise on future upgrades or enhancements to maximize ROI
