Oracle Database Administrator

This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle database systems that support the Ultra Loyalty Web Application and related business operations. The Database Administrator (DBA) will ensure database availability, performance, security, and integrity across development, staging, and production environments. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability of backend data infrastructure and supporting the engineering team in delivering a stable and scalable loyalty platform.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA in a production environment.
• Proficient in Oracle Database administration (19c/21c), PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and RMAN for high availability and disaster recovery.
