Job Title: Oracle CC&B Data Conversion SME
Location: Remote + 10% travel to North Carolina at go live
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
An Oracle CC&B Data Conversion specialist leads or supports the migration of customer, billing, and meter data into Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS).
Key responsibilities include creating mapping documents, designing ETL processes using tools like Informatica or SQL, and executing data validation/cutover.
Key Responsibilities
Data Mapping & Transformation: Translate source system data structures into Oracle CC&B data models, ensuring alignment with Maintenance Objects (MOs).
ETL Development: Develop, test, and execute conversion routines (using SQL, PL/SQL, Informatica, or ODI) to load data into staging tables and target environments.
