Responsibilities

• 1. Customer Approach with customize procedures and methods
• 2. Lifestyle oriented refraction
• 3. Consultation
• 4. Lens introductions and recommendations
• 5. Product quality check, adjustment and packing
• 6. Glasses dispensing with SOP
• 7. Explanation on warranty and eye care/glasses care procedures
• 9. Product ordering
• 10. Product replenish and stocks in
• 11. Arrange delivery within outlets and to manufacture for edging(certain outlets)
• 12. Handle customer complaints,troubleshoot and replacement
• 13. Follow up with customers according to SOP and duration
• 14. Answer all inquiries via whats app/phone call and other channels
• 15. Appointment arrangement
