Join this established optometry practice in Upper Arlington, Columbus, OH, as a part-time optometrist with an exciting opportunity for eventual sole ownership. This position offers a competitive, pre-agreed hourly rate with the potential for bonuses and a pathway toward full ownership of the practice. While this role does not include traditional benefits, it is a unique opportunity to work in a setting that prioritizes compassionate patient care, seeing 1-2 patients per hour.
The practice currently operates limited hours, from 11 AM to 6 PM on Thursdays and Saturdays, and is open from 10 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays, Fridays, and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays once staffing returns to normal.
