Operator (Weekly interview)

Minimum base salary: $2100 per month.

Additional allowances: Meal/Transport/Attendance $200 per month; Monthly bonus $300.

Shift: 4-3-3-4 schedule – 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am. Day shift allowance $12 per day, night shift allowance $24 per day.

Gross before OT: Minimum $2803 (day) – $2971 (night).

Retention incentive: $1800.
