About the Role
Qualifications
- Fresh ITE graduates or ‘O’ level / SPM with at least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge in basic technical troubleshooting competency.
- Basic computer literacy and competency in software installation and updates.
- Basic mathematics in summing and yield calculation.
- Good command of English, instructional comprehension skills.
- Strong manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures as part of production and assembly.
- Basic written and verbal skills for reporting.
- Good small team leadership skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to perform shift work.
