What You Will Do
- Coordinate changes to outcome-based field operations training, competency, and qualification programs while monitoring regional compliance with established standards.
- Lead training needs assessments and support management of change initiatives, ensuring effective development and delivery of training for field staff.
- Develop and govern the overall training strategy, including frameworks, standards, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and alignment across programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts and the LP Technical Training to design, enhance, and validate outcome-based training and competency verification programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to maintain safety‑critical, process safety, and quality‑related competencies mapped to field roles within the learning management system (LMS).
