Strom is a technical services provider looking for an Operations & Technical Lead to partner directly with the Business Owner. This is not a desk-only role; you will be the operational anchor, splitting your time between strategic planning, process development, and on-site leadership. You will be instrumental in setting up our company’s SOPs and safety frameworks from the ground up.
There is also opportunity to spearhead the development and expansion of a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling & Deployment: Manage the master schedule for technical jobs and coordinate daily manpower moves.
- Site Supervision: Oversee on-site progress, act as the primary client contact, and lead our team of work permit holders.
