Operations Team Member

Qualifications

• Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
• FLT experience preferred but not essential
• The role requires the ability to safely carry out tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Team player with attention to detail
• IOSH qualification is desirable
• Good level of English, oral and written
• A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
• Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous

Responsibilities

The role involves hands‑on work, including lifting and moving materials, and using tools, machinery, and equipment to get the job done. Safety and quality are always our top priority, and you'll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.
