Job description
• Perform day-to-day operations duties, accurate and timely data entry for leaves and deployment schedule.
• To check daily attendance of officers.
• Liaise with adhoc officers on deployment matters.
• Liaise with sales department on job orders and quotation.
• Manpower tracking for operations shortfall sites.
• Compute and check taxi claim reimbursement.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Executives or HOD to support operational needs.
Requirement
• Posses at least Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Google drive and Microsoft.
• Able to multi task.
• Meticulous in data entry and monitoring status.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
