This position is responsible for answering the company main line, assisting customers and partners, preparing sample requests, and coordinating marketing materials and administrative support activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Communications
- Answer and direct incoming calls through the company main line.
- Respond to customer, dealer, architect, designer, and installer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide product information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist with customer follow-up and lead routing.
