About the Role

Pay rate range: $48/hr. to $51/hr. Hybrid schedule: 2 days - Tuesday and a floating day.

Role Mandate

A Support or Service Delivery Analyst in Business Solutions and Wealth Operations Technology – Systems & Applications will use the existing playbook/intake and ServiceNow to manage incidents, playing a critical role in maintaining the stability, accuracy, and availability of wealth management platforms and services. Responsibilities span incident management, application support, stakeholder communication, and operational controls.

  • Assist with logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents using Playbook/Intake according to impact and urgency.
  • Perform initial triage to determine whether the issue is system, data, integration, user‑related, or a major incident.
