Position Overview
NEON is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our composites manufacturing area in Manchester, CT. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities with a focus on resin transfer molding (RTM) and related composite processes, as well as managing raw materials and driving Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and workplace organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily composite fabrication activities with primary focus on safety, quality, schedule, efficiency, and cost control. Supervise: Cut, kit, layup, mold, deflash, bond, and assembly of composite components in accordance with engineering drawings, ply layup diagrams, and process standards.
