Operations Supervisor

Primary Objectives/Job Purpose

• To provide day to day leadership and support to the production team, ensuring schedules and customer KPI’s are met
• Setting the environment for people to perform fully the work appropriate to their roles, and developing capabilities of team members and self
• Maintain and promote the QSL quality, OH&S systems, good housekeeping within the production team, Environmental & Information Security systems
• Be an integral part of the QSL management team and promote the company culture and create an environment conducive to achieving the business and customer objectives
• Responsible to the productivity of business units owned
