Qualifications:

• With background in BPO Telco or Telco Sales
• Experience in handling operations or team supervision is an advantage
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily team operations and ensure performance targets are met
• Monitor KPIs and drive team productivity
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and performance
