A financial services firm based in Geneva is actively seeking an Operations Officer.
Job Description
- Prepare and deliver management information (MI) and performance reporting.
- Design and maintain MI dashboards and reporting packs to support decision-making.
- Drive process enhancements within Operations, focusing on data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation.
- Support regulatory and internal reporting.
- Provide business support.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and support operational as required.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products suite, in particular Excel.
- Fluency in English both written and oral.
- Keen sense of customer service
- Swiss resident or eligible to work in Switzerland
