Role Description

This is a full time role, based in Vancouver, BC. As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, logistics and inventory functions. You will take ownership of the entire product journey—from managing relationships with our suppliers to ensuring seamless delivery to our customers. Your primary focus will be optimizing our inventory, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and keeping shipping costs down without sacrificing service quality. You will also play a key role contributing to digital operations and e-commerce merchandising and site operations.
