Operations Manager

The Operations Manager position will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the assigned contracts and for the daily operation of the vessels under their management, acting as the main point of contact between the vessels, clients, and the organization.

The role is part of an operational on-call rotation and provides support to operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which may include activities outside regular business hours, as well as travel to operational locations, as required by the operation.

Responsibilities and Attributions:

• Full responsibility for the safe and compliant operation of the vessels, ensuring adherence to company procedures, the ISM Code, and applicable regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for Masters, Chief Engineers, clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders
