Operations Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Oversee daily operations across Product, Project, IT, and Accounting functions
• Ensure alignment of processes and initiatives with overall business goals
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Work with IT teams to support system implementation, maintenance, and optimization
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy in financial processes and reporting
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Manage resources, timelines, and priorities across multiple functions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments
