We are looking for a Operations Manager in Barcelona who, serving on the direction committee, will be responsible for the following duties: Main responsibilities: Ensure compliance with quality, service, and profitability standards for projects in different business areas (technical units). Oversee the profitability of operational technical areas, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and service excellence. Monitor operating budgets and critical KPIs to ensure the sustainable growth of the company. Analyze and redesign current operational flows to improve efficiency and profitability through automation and advanced software.
